Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, renewables, lighting, wire & cable, automation, and connected network solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, assisting with product inquiries, maintaining the customer database, and receiving and processing orders. You will work closely with our field sales and project management teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between customers and field sales representatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Process orders and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge
