About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Foot Locker. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on all products, including athletic sneakers and apparel, to effectively recommend and sell to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
  • Meet or exceed personal and productivity goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of product trends, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
  • Motivation to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
