Job Summary:

Flaman is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As an AG Equipment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Flaman's agricultural equipment to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, sharing expertise with customers and colleagues.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, working closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high-quality results and contributing to the growth of Flaman's sales revenue.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or a related field (an asset).
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Flaman's equipment and products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Professional, team-oriented attitude with a positive and proactive approach.
