Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Soliciting property sales listings from potential vendors.
  • Establishing competitive asking prices.
  • Conducting open houses for interested buyers.
  • Assisting buyers in selecting, visiting, and inspecting properties.
  • Facilitating offers of purchase on real estate properties.
  • Drafting sales agreements for approval by buyers and sellers.
  • Utilizing real estate software packages effectively.
  • Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Licenses and Certifications

Applicants must possess a Provincial/territorial Real Estate Sales Licence.
