Job Title: Real Estate Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team at PropertyGuys, Yukon & Atlin, BC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for soliciting property sales listings from prospective vendors, establishing asking prices, and conducting open houses for prospective buyers. They will also assist prospective buyers in selecting, visiting, and inspecting real estate properties, and drawing up sales agreements for purchaser's and seller's approval.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solicit property sales listings from prospective vendors and establish asking prices.
  • Conduct open houses for prospective buyers and assist them in selecting, visiting, and inspecting real estate properties.
  • Draw up sales agreements for purchaser's and seller's approval.
  • Use real estate software packages to manage client relationships and track sales progress.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Requirements:
  • Provincial/territorial Real Estate Sales Licence.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
