Project Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Grande Prairie AB. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage project teams to achieve operational objectives, including sales, gross margin, and brand experience.
  2. Track key metrics during bi-weekly GS&R meetings.
  3. Confirm budgets and work orders before project commencement.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Participate in local community events to build relationships with key customers and partners.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and tradespeople.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or restoration industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, business administration, or a related field.
