Position Overview

The Vice President of Information Systems at Lumen IT Inc. is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our IT infrastructure and services. This role demands a visionary leader who can establish clear objectives and implement effective policies to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and approve organizational policies and programs to meet business goals.
  • Representation: Act as the primary representative in negotiations and official functions, ensuring the organization’s interests are upheld.
  • Team Development: Select and empower middle management and executive staff, fostering an environment conducive to optimal performance.
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational data and prepare insightful reports to inform decision-making.
  • Advisory Role: Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, and service delivery.
  • Financial Oversight: Plan and monitor budgets, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
  • Knowledge Management: Oversee the management of knowledge resources within the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Lead and mentor staff across various departments, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
