The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily functions of a single location, ensuring adherence to standards related to customer engagement, food expenses, safety protocols, sanitation practices, and product presentation and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the store's mission to provide an exceptional product and superior service in a clean and inviting environment.
  • Engage with customers, assess store performance through guest feedback, and address customer care compliments and grievances. Prioritize guest satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues.
  • Oversee the implementation of new product launches and marketing initiatives within the store.
  • Foster team spirit and support the professional development of all staff members.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and staff terminations when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local Labor Regulations.
  • Conduct weekly inventory assessments for food and supplies, manage vendor orders, and maintain service logs.
  • Handle daily cash management tasks, including cash reports and deposits.
  • Develop store action plans aimed at enhancing performance in identified areas of opportunity.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a food service or retail setting, or hold a 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Full-time commitment required, including availability for holidays and overtime as necessary.
  • Compensation will be determined based on experience and availability.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast casual and franchising environments.
  • Proven success in selecting, coaching, and developing managerial staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • High-energy, results-oriented individual capable of managing and resolving multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
