About the Role

Pristine Peak Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and that the facilities are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend these to management.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records related to cleaning services are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and assistance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning services are coordinated with other facility operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will be working in a physically demanding role, handling heavy loads and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate, Hotel, motel, resort
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, initiative, reliability
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
