Your Role

As a Civil Structural Engineer, you will work collaboratively with our Structural team to deliver projects that meet our clients' objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Performing general project engineering duties under the supervision of a Professional Engineer.
  2. Working with the project team to prepare technical reports, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  3. Structural design on infrastructure projects, including hydraulic structures, industrial buildings, and steel structures.
  4. Providing QA/QC support during construction.
  5. Performing construction administration, coordination, and supervision duties.
  6. Working closely with our clients to ensure their project objectives are met.
  7. Applying and promoting Englobe's health and safety rules.
Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University, with a focus on structural engineering.
  2. Registration or eligibility for registration with the Association of Professional Engineers of Saskatchewan (APEGS).
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Aptitude for general construction methods, with previous field-work experience an asset.
  5. Experience or knowledge with design software, an asset.
  6. A Class 5 Driver's License and personal vehicle for out-of-town work as required.
  7. Self-motivation and strong problem-solving skills.
  8. Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.
