Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy dining room.
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure seamless meal preparation and service.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
