About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Framer Helper at Sidhu Pro Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Site Preparation: Help prepare construction sites by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mixing and Spreading: Assist in mixing and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Framing and Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Maintenance and Cleanup: Perform routine maintenance work and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding work environment with frequent handling of heavy loads.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
