About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at Westfield Electroplating Company, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to drive marketing communications for our law enforcement and waste & recycling business units, ensuring all external communications align with our brand, vision, and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing communications plans to drive demand for our products in the law enforcement and waste & recycling markets.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute omni-channel promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing projects, public relations, and external communications.
  • Contribute to the development of sales support materials, advertising, events, and promotional strategies.
  • Manage budget and project plans for marketing initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing program effectiveness.
  • Direct and manage marketing intern activities and output.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing communications management experience in a technology B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma/experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in researching, writing, and delivering marketing proposals and presentations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and busy schedules.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, persuasion, diplomatic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Valid passport required for occasional travel between the US and Canada.
