About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at THE SMART RENOVATIONS INC. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing building sites by leveling earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Construction Tasks: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work and assist in repairing construction equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
