Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Stacked Pancake House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
- Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering of supplies and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Food Safety and Quality: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean and organized, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
