Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
- Merchandise Management: Order and authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring our shelves are always stocked and our customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Scheduling and Time Management: Establish work schedules and manage cash, ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Security and Safety: Maintain a bondable and secure work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Previous experience in the retail business or oil and gas industry is an asset.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient, and reliable, with excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
