About the Role:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales through the promotion of our vehicles and related products. Your expertise in sales and customer relations will be key to achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting and finalizing vehicle sales.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and financing options of our automotive offerings.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and comprehensively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and promotional offerings.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities in automotive sales.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and collaborate with team members.

Who You Are:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • Possess a valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Hold a valid VSA license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and dealer management software.

Your Daily Activities Will Include:

  • Promoting vehicle sales and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Articulating the selection and features of vehicles to customers.
  • Completing sales documentation accurately.
  • Staying knowledgeable about products, financing options, and market trends.
  • Following up with customers to maintain relationships.
