Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining databases, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, using software such as Word and Excel.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Backup Procedures: Perform regular backup procedures to ensure data preservation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in data entry or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and database software.
  • Language: English.
