Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter data into our database system with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of the data
  • Transfer data between software systems
  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the office
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in data entry or a related field
  • Knowledge of database software and data management systems
