Restaurant Manager Job Description

Squires Four Public House is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating with suppliers and clients to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
