Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller to join our team at FOODGOALS INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely information
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the stability of our organization
  • Administrative Oversight
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations
    • Establish and maintain effective administrative controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve organizational objectives
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure their success and growth
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree in a related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent financial management and analytical skills
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
