Position Summary:
The Lodge Service Attendant plays a vital role within the Lodge, reporting directly to the Lodge Managers and collaborating closely with the Executive Chef and fellow attendants. This position is primarily responsible for overseeing breakfast service, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting guests during their morning preparations for fishing activities.
The Lodge operates in a remote, off-grid location, providing on-site accommodation for staff during their shifts. Transportation is arranged for staff to travel for their days off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional housekeeping services for guest accommodations and communal areas, adhering to PACCAR's high standards for food and beverage service, covering up to three meals daily.
- Ensure guest common areas are tidy, perform daily room refreshes for in-house guests, and prepare rooms for incoming guests on check-out days.
- Engage in light outdoor tasks, including watering plants and maintaining cleanliness in outdoor guest areas.
- Welcome guests returning from fishing excursions, assisting them with their equipment and coolers as necessary.
- Support drink and appetizer service, as well as lunch and dinner service, including post-meal clean-up duties.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with a Food Safe Level 1 certification.
- A high school diploma is mandatory.
- A hospitality or culinary certificate is preferred.
