About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team at CoreTek Labs. As a key member of our IT Service Management team, you will be responsible for developing custom workflows and application integrations to fulfill our customers' IT Service Management needs using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and integrations to meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create solutions
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and industry standards
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in ServiceNow, ITOM, and CMDB
  • Experience with modern ITAM implementations and discovery integrations
  • Strong knowledge of database application concepts, SQL, and query optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to dealing with complex problems
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues globally
Desirable Skills
  • ServiceNow Admin and ServiceNow developer training and certification
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Python, especially under Unix/Linux
  • AngularJS and experience with web application user interface and usability concepts
  • Familiarity with SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON
  • Understanding of secure software development concepts, especially in a cloud platform
