Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Ikonic Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and other landscaping features. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and supervise the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
  • Provide technical advice to increase the value and functionality of a property
  • Schedule and plan work to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, and weeding
  • Plan and estimate labour and materials for landscaping projects
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality work
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including backhoes, chain saws, and forklifts
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Strong leadership and technical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
