Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Development: Explore new opportunities and identify business problems and core challenges, orchestrating research and technologies across the research and business scene into a single, cohesive technical road-map.
  • Networking Expertise: Develop and deploy innovative networking technologies and protocols, delivering innovations and performance to forge product competitiveness.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with professionals in both academia and industry, ensuring Huawei's value is being delivered.

Requirements:

  • Education: Pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in C++ and Python, with expertise in AI infrastructure, HPC, or data-center networking technologies, including RDMA, network protocol stack optimization, collective communication scheduling, traffic engineering/routing, congestion control, topology design, and resource allocation.
  • Experience: 3+ years of academic or professional experience in research, engineering, and technical innovation, with demonstrated influence on networking technologies in an academia or industry context.
