About the Role

Charter Telecom is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, monitoring, and execution of IT projects within a defined scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in IT network projects, such as Cisco Voice migration, Webex Cloud migration, and firewall/VPN migration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to address project-related issues and challenges
  • Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating critical issues to stakeholders and management
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and involvement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Organize and coordinate end-user training sessions
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and involvement throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in IT network projects
  • Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
  • Experience managing IT network projects, such as Cisco Voice migration, Webex Cloud migration, and firewall/VPN migration
  • Experience managing project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating critical issues to stakeholders and management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada
