About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Structure Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for visually and physically inspecting aircraft structures and components for abnormalities or damage caused by corrosion and normal wear and tear.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect aircraft structures and components for damage or abnormalities
  • Determine the sequence of operations to be performed and identify the necessary equipment
  • Check spare parts to be repaired or modified according to parts lists
  • Notify the technical response team and document non-conformities
  • Manage and maintain the quality record book
  • Ensure the final conformity of a product before delivery
  • Write certificates of conformity or other required certification

Requirements

  • Professional or Collegial diploma in aircraft structure assembly, aircraft structure repair, and/or composite materials
  • Experience in aeronautics and/or sheet metal work
  • CF-18 experience (an asset)
  • Bilingualism (an asset)
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Dynamic and innovative with a strong analytical sense
