Position Overview

The Cosmic Security Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Operations Supervisor to oversee our security team and ensure the safety and security of our facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the security industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage work schedules for security personnel.
  • Act as the primary contact for addressing emergency situations effectively.
  • Coordinate security operations with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on security activities and incidents.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security staff.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
  • Oversee both office and volunteer security personnel.
