Store Manager Opportunity
At Circle K, we're looking for a skilled Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for hiring, supervising, and training your team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
- Ensure store appearance and maintenance meet company standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
