We are on the lookout for a Senior Producer to become a vital part of our Player Expression team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development of in-game collection events, new cosmetic features, and long-term monetization strategies. Your main focus will be on steering feature development in these essential areas while managing a team of direct reports and collaborating across various departments to achieve remarkable results.

As a Senior Producer, you will:

  • Establish and maintain project schedules
  • Identify potential risks and ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and technical leads to guide the development of multiple features
  • Address challenges and drive progress effectively

Your expertise in game development methodologies, project scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration will be crucial for your success in this position.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Producer within the AAA gaming sector, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery from inception to launch. Familiarity with GaaS, live tuning, and Agile planning methods is essential, alongside a genuine passion for empowering teams to reach their objectives.
