IGG Canada is a leading mobile game and video production studio that specializes in the development and operation of premium mobile games.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Game Producer to join our team at IGG Canada. As a Game Producer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the full process of game planning, design, development, and testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the full process of game planning, design, development, and testing.
  • Design and develop game systems, ensuring smooth gameplay and playability.
  • Adjust and balance game metrics to ensure sustainability and a great player experience.
  • Prepare and review project development plans, control the overall progress and quality of the project, supervise and guide the team, and be responsible for the final outcome of the project.
Requirements
  • Passion for gaming, with deep experience in mainstream SLG game types.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of core game planning experience, including designing at least one complete SLG project.
  • Experience in leading at least one successful game product as a producer or project manager (preferably with a significant revenue milestone).
  • Excellent communication and learning skills, with a clear and logical thought process and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with the game development process and the ability to evaluate the technical costs of ideas.
  • Outstanding management skills, personal charisma, and the ability to enhance team cohesion and motivate project members.
