Jewelry Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jewelry Department Supervisor to join our team at Westshore Jewelry. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our jewelry department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of jewelry sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain a secure and organized work environment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing displays and promotions.
- Conduct online marketing and e-commerce activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- 1-2 years of experience in a jewelry sales or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and basic computer skills.
