About the Role:

The Senior Financial Analyst - Business Partner will be a key member of our Finance team, supporting both the Project Management Office (PMO) and Product teams. This role will be responsible for providing financial expertise and analysis to drive business decisions and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges.

  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.

  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to ensure financial sustainability and growth.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or undergraduate degree in finance or accounting.

  • 5 years of financial analyst experience, with solid technical and analytical skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
