- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Plan and order ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have everything needed to prepare and serve our menu items.
- Ensure that Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Keep accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 35 to 40 hours of work per week
