Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and conditions.
  • Deliver bio/psycho/social services to facilitate recovery and enhance functionality.
  • Provide case management, counseling, and direct support, ensuring access to necessary treatment resources.
  • Coordinate access to specialized services and ensure seamless transitions between care levels.
  • Build strong relationships with various service providers to maximize treatment options.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Scheduling Information:

Shifts are typically from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This position is casual, offering flexibility but without guaranteed hours.
