Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Native Outreach Worker to engage with Indigenous communities and support their socio-economic needs. This role is essential in fostering relationships and facilitating access to resources.

Qualifications

Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

Work Environment

The position is based in an urban setting where the focus is on addressing various socio-economic challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and prepare reports or case histories.
  • Conduct administrative and office tasks.
  • Evaluate offenders' potential for successful community reintegration.
  • Design rehabilitation programs in collaboration with offenders, establishing conduct rules, goals, and objectives.

  • First Aid Certificate
