Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surface Mount Assembler to join our team at Evertz Microsystems Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for installing, mounting, and adjusting electronic components and assemblies using hand and small power tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and mount electronic components and assemblies using hand and small power tools
  • Inspect electronic components and assemblies to ensure adherence to specified requirements
  • Operate robotic equipment and systems, as well as power tools and hand tools
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience with surface mount technology (SMT) and electronic assembly
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Reliability, organization, and teamwork skills
