Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage apartment building operations, including rent collection and expense management.
  • Supervise maintenance and cleaning activities to ensure a high level of service.
  • Conduct and/or supervise all on-site activities in accordance with company specifications and applicable legislation.

Requirements:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
  • Good maintenance and cleaning skills, with knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and email/web applications.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or 5 years of work-related experience.
  • Previous experience in apartment rentals and tenant assistance is required.
  • Experience in sales or a related field is an asset.
