Job Title: Automotive Mechanic

MCMILLAN MECHANICAL LTD is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems, and performing scheduled maintenance service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • Automotive Service Technician (Fuel and Electrical Systems) Trade Certification
  • Automotive Service Technician (Steering, Suspension and Brakes) Trade Certification
  • Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certificate
