About the Role

The Journeyperson Gasfitter will be responsible for supporting the Site Maintenance & Services department in completing various maintenance projects around the site and in camp.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to all Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Maintenance and preventative maintenance of production, service, and support equipment
  • Continuous improvement of operations, decrease repair times, and streamline work processes
  • Mentorship and training of apprentices
  • Assist with other maintenance activities as required

About You

  • Active interprovincial Red Seal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Ticket
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Active Skilled trades Gasfitter Certification– Class B or Class A
  • Ability to install, troubleshoot, and overhaul entire heating, ventilation, air handling, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and prepare work estimates, work orders, and inspection sheets
