Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at CL Chartered Professional Accountant Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
