Job Summary

Motorway Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating activities with other departments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inventory management activities with other departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant data
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows proficiency
  • Experience with inventory management software
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Work Environment

Motorway Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be required to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other departments. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and ensure the smooth operation of our inventory management system.
