About the Role

Carewest Innovative Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive client assessments, developing client care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality nutritional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop client care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans that meet client needs and nutritional requirements
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client care
  • Stay up-to-date with current clinical knowledge and best practices in nutrition care
Requirements
  • Graduation from a recognized degree program in Foods and Nutrition
  • Registration with the College of Dietitians of Alberta required
  • Experience as a Clinical Dietitian in a clinical and/or continuing care setting
  • Proficiency in Filemaker, MealSuite, and Epic
  • Understanding of AHS diet guidelines
