Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, this key role will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of flawless dining experiences for our guests. As a leader, you will supervise daily restaurant operations, consistently ensuring that all team members deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Excellence: Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs.
  2. Financial Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial and personnel/payroll-related administrative duties, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Quality and Safety: Maintain and support the high standards of quality represented in our food and beverage programs, ensuring a culture of cleanliness, organization, and productivity that meets or exceeds health department guidelines.
  4. Staff Development: Develop and maintain staff's product knowledge through ongoing training, promoting a positive work environment and culture where staff development and good work are recognized.
  5. Inventory Management: Perform Liquor, Wine, and Beer inventory as needed, accounting for variances as required.
  6. Guest Experience: Respond to guest complaints and rectify issues that are in line with our corporate objectives, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  7. Recruitment and Marketing: Recruit employees as needed and conduct weekly marketing plans, executing local initiatives to drive business growth.
  8. Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the capacity to develop and motivate staff to achieve challenging goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum two (2) years of recent brand restaurant experience at the management level or equivalent.
  • Serving it Right or Pro Serv Certified.
  • Culinary experience, knowledge of craft beers, wines, and cocktails.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Record of maintaining high standards in food quality, guest satisfaction, restaurant cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Passion for the food, beverage, and restaurant industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Workspace; Google Docs, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.
