We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager - Supplier Quality to join our team at MHI Canada Aerospace Inc. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our aerospace structures and assemblies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with AS 9100 and other relevant industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and standards.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of AS 9100 and other relevant industry standards.
