What experiences will you gain?

This program places you in one of our premier manufacturing and distribution centers. The objective of this Leadership Program is to cultivate the next generation of leaders within PepsiCo. Your initial role will immerse you in our daily operations and leadership within a frontline Supply Chain environment.

This role will involve inspiring a frontline team, addressing challenges, and eliminating obstacles to ensure operational success. You will also be tasked with monitoring essential business KPIs to discern trends and engage in impactful projects that propel PepsiCo towards becoming a more agile and efficient organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Utilizing theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive measures to enhance equipment reliability.
  2. Implementing the Annual Operating Plan for Production.
  3. Meeting performance benchmarks related to safety, line efficiency, and product quality.
  4. Monitoring key performance indicators and costs, proactively identifying and rectifying trends that could hinder financial objectives.
  5. Ensuring the reliability of facility equipment to minimize operational downtime.
  6. Developing team capabilities through effective employee relations, training, and communication for frontline personnel.
  7. Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations.
  8. Complying with quality management systems and food safety protocols, including HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs.
Candidate Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree anticipated by August 2025.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Demonstrated dedication to team leadership and collaboration.
  4. Proven problem-solving skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
