  • Provide expert advice on investment strategies, loans, and insurance products to help members and clients achieve their financial objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Desjardins.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices in the financial services industry, ensuring that our members and clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or business.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Mutual fund representative certificate from the Autorité des marchés financiers.
  • Strong knowledge of French and current financial, economic, political, and legislative events.
  • Specialized knowledge of tax, financial, and succession issues for individuals and businesses.
  • Knowledge of all products and services offered by Desjardins Business Centres, Desjardins components, and distribution networks, as well as those offered by competitors.
  • Knowledge of debt management and compliance with legislation respecting the distribution of financial products and services.
  • Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives.
  • Knowledge of policies, legislation, and standards related to products and services offered by Desjardins.
  • Knowledge of the Desjardins business processes.
