KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sales and business growth for mineral processing machinery and systems across the mining, aggregate, and wastewater sectors.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales Team to achieve targets, enhance lead generation, and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Engage with engineering firms and end-users to assess and identify optimal process technology solutions tailored to their projects.
  • Coordinate with Proposal Engineers and the Engineering & Design Team to guarantee timely and precise quotations for clients.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction with equipment performance.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and current customer database utilizing Salesforce.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other promotional events.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is essential; specialization in Mining/Mineral Processing, Chemical, or Mechanical is preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) designation is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with mineral processing equipment and system applications in mining, aggregates, or wastewater is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a strong drive, self-motivation, and the capacity to plan, organize, and work autonomously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

*Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
