Role Summary:
- Deliver professional nursing care to a designated group of patients, adhering to the nursing practice standards established by the College of Nurses of Ontario and Trillium Health Partners.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in General Surgery Inpatient care and/or over 5 years in Multi-Specialty Nursing, Emergency, or ICU is required.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and prioritize effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills, complemented by excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- A positive attendance and work history is essential.
