We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Armani Exchange store at Metropolis at Metrotown. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing an exceptional client experience, and building a strong and talented team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a diverse team of sales associates and management to achieve sales targets and provide excellent client service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve client satisfaction, and increase brand awareness
- Manage store operations, including labour and supply budget, to ensure efficient and effective store performance
- Provide input on merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies to support business growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand business on the front line and use insights to improve store performance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar retail management field
- College/Post-Secondary degree preferred
- Experience with buying and merchandising is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
